  • Why SuperHero Movies Aren’t as Popular Anymore

For a long time, superhero movies dominated the box office, especially with the rise of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, recently, their popularity has started to decline.

One major reason is oversaturation. There are so many superhero movies and shows being released that audiences are starting to feel overwhelmed. What used to feel exciting now feels repetitive.

Another factor is declining quality and storytelling. Earlier superhero movies built strong characters and long-term storylines, but newer ones sometimes rely too much on visual effects instead of meaningful plots.

There’s also a shift in what audiences want. People are becoming more interested in original stories and different genres instead of the same formula over and over.

Finally, high expectations play a role. After huge successes like Avengers: Endgame, anything that doesn’t reach that level feels disappointing.

Superhero movies aren’t completely gone, but they’re definitely no longer the dominant force they once were.

  • My Favorite Movie of All Time: Book of Life

My favorite movie of all time is The Book of Life. It’s an animated film that follows Manolo, a character who is torn between following his family’s expectations and pursuing his passion for music.

What makes this movie stand out to me is its message about being true to yourself. Manolo choosing music over bullfighting shows that it’s okay to break traditions and follow your own path. The story is also deeply connected to culture, especially the celebration of Día de los Muertos, which gives the movie a unique and meaningful perspective.

The visuals are also amazing, with a distinct animation style that makes it feel different from other animated movies. On top of that, the music plays a huge role and adds emotion to the story.

Overall, The Book of Life is more than just a movie to me. I’ve always enjoyed and connected with on a personal level

    2. Inside Out 2 – A great follow-up that added new emotions and explored growing up in a really relatable way.
    3. Deadpool & Wolverine – A fun, chaotic, and entertaining return to superhero movies with strong fan service.
    4. Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire – Not the deepest story, but pure entertainment with amazing visuals and action.
    5. Kung Fu Panda 4 – A nostalgic return with solid humor and a good message about growth and change.
